1. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions

The present general terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders for goods made via the website of Marco Il Figaro & Barbiere. The information on the homepage at the time of ordering is decisive (www.marcofigaro.com or .ch) published version of the General Terms and Conditions.

The General Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. In addition, the relevant provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply - provided that no regulations are contained in the General Terms and Conditions.
 

2. Territory

In the online shop of the company Marco Il Figaro & Barbiere GmbH  only deliveries of goods in Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein are provided. Orders from other countries cannot be considered.
 

3. Prices

The offer is valid while stocks last. All prices are given in Swiss francs and include the statutory value added tax of currently 7.7%. A possible increase in VAT. is at the expense of the customer. Marco Il Figaro & Barbiere charges the customer for each delivery, regardless of the number of items (see Section 6. Delivery), the shipping costs specified for the respective product group.
 

4. Conclusion of contract and withdrawal

All information on goods and prices on the website of Marco Il Figaro & Barbiere  Gmbh are subject to change and non-binding. With the order via the homepage, the customer makes a binding offer. The company confirms acceptance by e-mail to the customer. Only with this express acceptance is a contract concluded and the customer entitled to delivery of the goods. If the goods ordered by the customer are not available in the desired quantity or at the price stated on the website, the company will notify the customer as soon as possible. In this case, the contract is only valid when the customer confirms the corrected order again by e-mail. Orders and agreements by telephone are only valid if they are confirmed in writing or by e-mail.

In the case of writing, printing and arithmetic errors on the homepage, the company   is entitled to withdraw free of charge.
 

5. Payment

The ordered goods are paid for by PayPal, Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Postcard, Postfinace e-finace or by pre-invoice (payable within 14 days)
 

6. Late Payment

When the payment deadline expires, the debtor is automatically in default. The payment reminder (1st reminder) will be sent to the debtor at no additional cost. For the second reminder, a processing and administration fee of CHF 20 will be charged to the debtor. With the 3rd and last reminder, a processing and administration fee of CHF 40 will be charged to the debtor.  

7. Delivery

The delivery costs are based on the tariffs of the Swiss Post. The goods are usually delivered within 2-7 working days, subject to availability. Use and risk lie with the customer from the time the goods are handed over to the carrier.
From an order volume of CHF 135.00, delivery is free of charge in Switzerland and Lichtenstein.

 

8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of  until all claims against the customer have been settled in full.www.marcofigaro.com / www.marcofigaro.ch.
 

9. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to return the goods within 8 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised with legal effect if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in the unopened original packaging. After receipt of the returned goods in the condition described, the company   refunds the value of the goods to the customer.

Shipping costs already incurred cannot be refunded. For reasons of hygiene, we neither take back used goods nor exchange them.
 

10. Warranty

Marco Il Figaro & Barbiere GmbH guaranteed to deliver the goods in perfect quality. If there are nevertheless defects in the delivered goods, the customer is obliged to report the defects in writing within 8 days of delivery. After returning the defective goods, the customer will receive a replacement delivery. If no replacement delivery is possible, the company   will refund the payment made. In addition, any claim for reduction, rescission or compensation for consequential damage, as far as legally permissible, is excluded.

Changes made by the manufacturer to the external design of the product (e.g. bottle or packaging) do not constitute a defect; The images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and are non-binding. In addition, the customer forfeits any rights to defects if the goods are used improperly.
 

11. Privacy

All information provided by the customer about his person will be treated as strictly confidential and only used by the company itself.
 

12. Data Security

Appropriate security technology is used to protect customer data against unauthorized processing. However, no liability can be assumed for the security of the data transmitted on the Internet. The data is transmitted unencrypted.

 

 

13. Law and Jurisdiction

All contracts concluded via the homepage of the company   are subject to Swiss law. In the case of orders by private individuals for private use, the place of jurisdiction is based on the Place of Jurisdiction Act. In all other cases, Zurich is the exclusive place of jurisdiction
